Initially, I must admit, I wasn’t that keen on offering or attending Online Yoga Classes. I wasn’t convinced that a zoom class could replace the ‘real thing’. But, as COVID19 persisted and we were kept in rolling lockdowns, I gave in – and I was pleasantly surprised. Initially, I held online yoga classes for family and friends and attended zoom classes and workshops myself. I was pleased to discover during the online classes, that even though we are physically distanced, there is always a feeling of community and shared experience. There is great comfort in that.
The recent upheaval and uncertainty in our lives continues to challenge our physical and mental wellbeing. Committing to an Online Yoga Class will offer you time to reflect, to re-balance, release physical tension and to embody self compassion. After a few classes, its easy to forget you are online at all.
Online yoga classes have also presented an opportunity to people who, under ‘normal’ circumstances would have hesitated to join a yoga class. If you are someone who finds the yoga studio a little intimidating, you can now join a class from your own private space. You don’t even have to turn your camera on!! You will be guided through the class and take it at your own pace. I am happy to invite you to browse our range of classes.
