Tuesdays - Hatha Yoga

What to expect….
Nakie attended her first yoga class almost 20 years ago and since then her practice continues to deepen and evolve, as does her teaching. She encourages a whole body approach working through the koshas (5 layers of self). She believes in tuning in and listening to the body first, external instructions, second. Her classes derive from, align and merge with her background as a biomedical scientist. She has worked in human health for many years and continues to fuse yoga and science through her training as a clinical yoga therapist. Feel free to contact Nakie without any obligation to book.

Wednesdays - Mid Week Minding Me

  • 7.00 - 8.15pm
  • Weekly with Pamela Sage
Dedicate 75mins each week to check in with yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Pamela’s classes are your mid-week escape to pause and reset. You will also pick up tips and short practices you can sprinkle into your daily life. Pamela’s mid week class is a combination of movement, mindfulness and rest

30 mins – Move: Easing into our bodies, loosening the body, building heat, letting go of tension while boosting strength and flexibility.

15 mins – Breathe: Pranayama (yoga breathing) to balance the nervous system.

30 mins – Chill: Mini sound bath / guided meditation or guided relaxation.

Pamela completed her 200hr teacher training with Paul Whelan in 2017 and has been his student for over 10 years, exploring Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. She has also studied Yoga for the Stages of Menopause and Bone Health with Niamh Daly. Pamela believes that movement and meditation are essential at every stage of life from childhood to elder and enjoys helping people find the pleasures and benefits of both. Pamela’s classes always balance effort with ease, are accessible to all and are delivered with care and support.

Thursdays - Guided Meditation

  • Twice monthly with Anthony Corcoran
What to expect….
Anthony is a qualified counsellor having a HDIP in psychology and a masters in counselling and psychotherapy. He is also a qualified Massage therapist and energy healer with several years of experience working one-on-one and with groups.
Anthony’s focus is on examining how we are feeling physically, mentally and spiritually from a holistic perspective. Sometimes it is our physical body that is tired which impacts how we feel mentally & emotionally. An overthinking mind can load stress on the physical and energetic body. Meditation can help to address these issues to bring your whole being into balance.
Meditation is a great way to release stress, recharge your body and mind and detach from regular pressures of life. Each session with Anthony has a different focus, from inner child healing to simple relaxation. The theme is posted on Instagram in advance of each session so you know what to expect. These meditations are for all levels of experience and are on a ‘come as it suits’ basis. Booking in is essential to holding your space.
