I have been attending Paulette’s yoga class for the past few years.  It has been a rewarding and a pleasant experience.  I have found Paulette’s approach to be professional, client-orientated and mindful of carrying out correct poses to the best of our ability.  She guides us in a very nice way and her voice is clear and gentle!  I highly recommend Paulette.

I have attended Paulette for several years for neck and back pain. At one point Paulette suggested that orthotics could help with my back problem. These are specialised insoles that are made from a mould of your feet. I have two pairs, one for my regular shoes and one for my walking shoes and my back is much improved.  Once the mould is made, you can order another set at any time so it can save money in the long run. I trust Paulette completely as she is very qualified and knows her profession well. I have recommended her to my friends. 

Paulette has provided me with invaluable physiotherapy over the years - effectively diagnosing and treating a range of issues including lower back pain, hip pain and frozen shoulder. She has quickly identified root cause issues for me and consistently tailored effective rehab programs. I recommend her highly.

I am a keen runner and run approx. 25km per week. A few years ago I started to get pains in my knee and outer calves after running. I went to see Paulette. After assessment, I was advised to do some specific stretching exercises and I also got fitted with orthotics to correct a foot imbalance. By wearing the orthotics and keeping up with the recommended exercises, I have been running pain free. Thanks to Paulette I continue to enjoy my running. I found her Physiotherapy Service very professional and concise

I was doing some physical work at home and overstretched my back causing a painful injury. I couldn’t sit down and I could barely get a couple of hours sleep with the pain. Getting in and out of my car and driving was excruciating. I got an appointment with Paulette who quickly identified what the problem was and she got working on the injured area. Paulette gave me some exercises to do at home and within a couple of days I was much improved. I was able to get a decent sleep and move about.  I had a few more appointments and I continued to do the exercises at home. Within about ten days I was well recovered and was able to go about working, driving, golfing etc. I couldn’t recommend Paulette highly enough.

I joined Paulette's Yoga class over a year ago. I had done a lot of aerobics classes in the past so I wasn't sure if I would like the pace of yoga. I didn't just like it, I loved it. I find the class great for stretching every bit of my body, for de-stressing and relaxing. Paulette is a great teacher. She explains the moves well and is very calm.  I won't miss a class if I can help it. Thanks Paulette.
